By joining and participating in the seraphoxes.xyz website, you agree to both the below Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

general terms:

1. By joining the site, you confirm you are 13 or older.

2. To gain full site access, you must create an account and verify both your email and through linking your toyhou.se account.

3. Do not create a new account to evade ban or suspension.

4. You agree to let us display your user-submitted images onsite.

5. You may only upload/submit your own art to the website. If you are found to be stealing others' art and/or impersonating them it will immediately result in a ban. This also applies for character design theft.

6. The Seraphoxes.xyz mod team have full right to ban or suspend your account at any time with no explanation.

7. Please do not share your account information with anyone.

social terms:

1. This site is strictly SFW/PG-13 only. Any user found to be posting NSFW onsite or in-server will be suspended or banned.

2. Minors engaging in NSFW content or adults exposing minors to NSFW content will promptly and swiftly be banned.

3. Any kind of harassment, bigotry, hate, or aggression of any kind will not be tolerated. This applies to both staff and regular members.

4. Any discriminatory or bigoted behaviour found on or offsite will result in a permanent ban.

5. If you have an issue regarding any of our staff please message the site owner (onsite user: akechi | discord user: protagfolly)  to deal with it accordingly!

currency:

1. The onsite currency is a fictional currency called Halo Coins(HC ). No real-life currency or transactions are used onsite.

2. Items and currency on the seraphoxes.xyz website are prohibited from being sold for real-life currency.

3. Items may be purchased on the Discord server for real-life currency. This is not required.

4. Freelancing in the seraphoxes.xyz community is both allowed and encouraged, however must adhere to the following:

• Commissions: as long as the commissions provided are SFW in nature, commissions are allowed to be taken for real-life currency. Commissioned pieces, however, are not able to be submitted for HC.
• Customs: seraphox customs are permitted to be sold by individuals as long as the commissioner has the proper MYO Slot(s) and Trait Item(s).

SELLING AND TRADING:

1. Seraphoxes.xyz do not police and/or make rules about how much you can sell your own Seraphox for. Please check with the creator of the character to be sold, as we leave it up to the artists' decision to price their work.

2. Co-Ownership will not be recognized by the masterlist. 

3. We do not allow the sale or trade of unofficial Seraphoxes. All Seraphoxes sold and traded must be official with official masterlist profiles.

DISCLAIMERS:

1. Seraphoxes are a "closed species", meaning you cannot make one without participating in the website and having a MYO slot. However, we do not claim to own the concept of angel foxes; only the name and execution.

2. We may revise this page at any time - however, we will notify all users through both the news post feature onsite and through the Discord Server whenever a change is made. If you find an issue within the site, please submit it to the Bug Reports section of the website or the #help channel within the discord server.
